Boerewors Spekwors

Boerewors is a traditional South African sausage made from a blend of beef and pork with extra fat (spek) mixed in for more juiciness and flavour.

Uses: Best cooked on the braai or grilled over medium heat, allowing the fat to render and the spices to infuse.
