Leg Q – Henwill

Are cut from the back end of the bird and include both the drumstick and thigh, along with a portion of the back. They have a moderate to high fat content, which keeps them juicy and full of flavour.

Uses: Best cooked by roasting, braaiing, or slow cooking to achieve tender meat and crispy skin.
