This delicious product is made from tender chicken fillet, cut from the breast of the bird, then wrapped in lamb caul fat (netvet) for added richness and flavour. Naturally low in fat, the chicken is complemented by the fatty lamb netting, resulting in a juicy, flavourful bite.
Uses: Best cooked over medium coals or in a hot pan until golden and crispy on the outside and cooked through inside. Ideal for braais or pan-frying!
